How the work actually works
I combine Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Clinical Hypnotherapy two of the most rigorously evidenced approaches in psychological treatment into a model built specifically around you.
CBT works with the thought patterns and behaviours that maintain the problem. Hypnotherapy reaches the deeper, automatic processes that keep old patterns running even when you consciously want to change.
Together, they create change that holds.
