How the work actually works

I combine Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Clinical Hypnotherapy, two of the most rigorously evidenced approaches in psychological treatment, into a model built specifically around you.
CBT works with the thought patterns and behaviours maintaining the problem. Hypnotherapy accesses the deeper, automatic processes that keep old patterns in place even when you consciously want to change.
Together, they create change that holds.
