Choosing a therapist can be challenging. In addition to trusting them, it's crucial to feel comfortable and connected.​ I encourage everyone to schedule a FREE 30 minute chat via Zoom before committing formally. This way, you can get a sense of who I am as a person and address any questions you may have beforehand.​

First Appointment-Initial Consultation | 80 Minutes £70

Addressing Concerns: Any questions or uncertainties you have about the process will be addressed thoroughly. It's essential for you to feel comfortable and informed every step of the way.​

Subsequent Appointments | 60 Minutes £70
